New Customers - Your Account

Your gtPlaza Account is your online profile with us, it is used by our Customer Service Representatives to automatically get your information whenever you place an order, to update you during the delivery phase and to keep in contact with you for future promotions that you may be eligible for.

 

 

  1. Logging Into Your Account

    You can login at the top of any gtPlaza.com page. If you're logged in and wish to sign out, you'll see your name on the left side of the page and a "Sign out" link to the right side of the page in the green bar where you've signed in.

  2. When should I sign out?

    If you are using a public terminal, you will want to log off, or sign out, before you leave the computer. You'll be able to tell if you are signed in by looking at the top left side of the window and you will see "welcome, <your username>:

    If you are signed into gtPlaza.com: Your account name and a "Sign out" link will appear. You can click the "Sign out" link at any time to exit your gtPlaza.com account.

    If you are not signed into gtPlaza.com: The "Sign out" link will not be available.

    What happens when I sign out?
    After you sign out, your name will be removed from the home page, and your ordering settings will be inaccessible to anyone using the same computer after you.

    We recommend that you sign out only when you feel that you must.

    To regain access to the items saved in your Shopping Cart, to place orders, or to view your user profile, you'll need to sign in again.

     

  3. What if I have trouble logging in?

    You are automatically asked to log into your gtPlaza.com account any time you need to access account or order information to review or change something. If you have trouble logging in, here are some things to check:

    Incorrect E-mail Address: Your e-mail address must be in this format: username@domain.com (or .net, .org, .edu, etc.). If you have more than one e-mail address, be sure that you're using the correct e-mail address and password combination for the account you are trying to access. Also, if your computer is set to auto-complete the e-mail, make sure it's the correct e-mail address listed.

    Incorrect Password: If you're sure you're using the correct e-mail address, try to reset your password.

    To login to gtPlaza you need to click on the "Sign In/Register" button on the upper right corner of the page and click on "Login Trouble" button.
