By using this site the user has unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions of use as given hereunder and/or elsewhere in the site.

Orders will be confirmed and executed only after the full payment, according to the actual value of the order.

In case of suspicious, fraud, not authorized or irregular order, We reserve the right to decline the same without any obligation.

All prices of product and services are in Guyana dollars, unless you specify US dollars from the option on the upper right of the webpage.

Your credit card account will be charged in United State Dollar. Our Standard Conversion rate is 1 USD = 200GYD.

No cancellations are allowed on the day of delivery.

Should any particular item be out of stock,We reserve the right to replace it with an item of equivalent or higher value.

We always do our best to deliver at the specified time. We will not accept responsibility for late or non- delivery due to the circumstances such as incorrect telephone numbers / addresses or if the recipient is not present at the time of delivery. However we will make three attempts to contact the recipient and the delivery will not be constituted as bad delivery.

We shall obtain an acknowledgement of delivery from the recipient of the product/services and email all the particulars to the user.

All prices are inclusive of service charges, packaging and all other costs involved with the process of ordering and delivering.

All trademarks and products are owned by their respective companies and brand owners.

If We are unable to deliver the products ordered, within a stipulated time as per the delivery agreement, i.e. up to a maximum of 4 days (please note that owing to traffic conditions and delivery schedules, delivery may not always be possible in the time requested of less than 96 hours), the customer shall be entitled to a full refund. This means that the delivery of all products beyond the time and date chosen but up to 4 days will not be constituted as bad-delivery but thereafter will entitle the customer to a full refund.

Users will understand that the photographs of the products displayed are generic in nature and for representation purpose only. Therefore, in some cases the actual product may differ in appearance when delivered.
